great idea here but how much usage is there? Can marketing be improved? Are you targeting any destinations in particular?

Yes, this is really working for some people.  There is a lot of communication occurring between users with intention to meet up.

Things could be working a LOT better if more resources were available.  

There is no marketing or efforts to target any destinations in particular. 

Please contribute any ideas you might have on how to make this more successful with very little resources (time and funding) needed. 

I have had a carpooling ad up for years, no one has ever written to me at all. Oh well. Have a great Holiday weekend

i think it is a good idea

I am looking for some one who can sher the drive by taking turns from lancaster california to West Covina M-S

I really hope it works because if i don't find a ride i'm, gonna have to quit my job and it would blow tremendously since i start officially on monday.... argh! Why didn't i learn how to drive??

 BTW just in case the right person is reading this: i need to reach Concord, CA from Discovery Bay, CA (kind of in between Brentwood and Byron), leave at 7:30am and return at 5:00pm

Forget about it. Everyone is too fickle. Only carpools that work is if workers work at same location!
