The measurable climate change in recent decades and projected future that has seen temperatures of the Earths atmosphere rise considerably. It is believed that abnormaly high levels of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gasses in the Earth's atmosphere are a cause of global warming.
Cars are a major contributor to carbon dioxide in our attmosphere. Carpooling is one effort that results in lower carbon dioxide production by reducing the number of cars used to carry passengers on their commutes.

I cross the bridge daily M-F around 8:15am and I leave San Francisco @3:30pm for the east bay. I can pick up at any location in the east bay that is close to the freeway between Richmond and the Bay Bridge though I prefer West Oakland Bart area just before the bridge. No smoking and child friendly.

8 am. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, non-smoker. In existing carpool, looking for additional driver/rider. We leave Santa Rosa at 6:30 a.m. and leave San Francisco at 5:15 p.m. We currently park for free on top of Nob Hill. Great exercise.
