The measurable climate change in recent decades and projected future that has seen temperatures of the Earths atmosphere rise considerably. It is believed that abnormaly high levels of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gasses in the Earth's atmosphere are a cause of global warming.
Cars are a major contributor to carbon dioxide in our attmosphere. Carpooling is one effort that results in lower carbon dioxide production by reducing the number of cars used to carry passengers on their commutes.

Hi, I live in Jonesboro (lower) off Tara Rd / Tara Blvd (which is down near lovejoy, hampton, fayetteville) in Hunter Ridge Mobile Home park, (which is parallel to McDonough Rd, which is what most people know)
I need a ride back and forth to work for a while, I can pay reasonable gas money, My hours are pretty flexible, I work Friday, Sat, Sun, Mon, If you can only take me or pick me up on certain days that would be okay also, I work in college park also, if you go to union city from 138 right at the first light by the first car lot *which is Volvo* that is Buffinton Rd, turn right there and its 4 miles down that road. I am looking for someone to carpool or start a vanpool from Newnan to Marietta, leaving Newnan at 6:30/7:00 am and leaving Marietta at 3:00/3:30 pm Mon-Fri. If you are interested, please let me know, since I think that I may know enough people to possibly start another van pool (which could be as low as $105/month).

I am going from Palmetto to GSU M-F, I have to be at school at 8am, so leaving early at 7 is fine. I can meet at the PTC exit at RaceTrack or something. I will only need a ride to school since class is over at 10:30 and I will need a different ride back. I am nonsmoker, female, will contact you the night before if I do not need a ride.
